Mark and his team are highly professional. They communicate well, do expert work, are reasonably priced, and don't leave me feeling like I need a shower after I leave (no pushy upsells or fear tactics). I would highly recommend him as an alternative to the manufacturer service centers.

As a used BMW owner I'm so appreciative of Mark's above-and-beyond service. From taking out a nest of mice (yuk!) to repairing, not replacing, tie rods to save me big $$ - he puts the customer first. I highly recommend this business!!

The two brothers know cars (including European made cars) inside and out and do great work (and only the work that’s necessary) at very reasonable prices. Look no further, Mark and his brother Kurt have been doing this for a long time. Their team is highly skilled, fairly priced, and exceptionally thorough regarding customer communication. Skip the big-name shops next time and go local, where they genuinely look out for you and yours. They took excellent care of our family’s vehicles, and it was refreshing to finally find a shop you can truly trust and rely on.

Service was great. Got to meet Mark who was super welcoming and helpful as I don’t know very much about cars. Had a potential Coolant leak and they checked everything to find it. Efficient service as I was able to get the car back by the end of the day.

My wife and I had a great experience using Lydell Motors in North Haven to service our 2014 Volvo XC60. It was our first time using this repair shop, and Mark was a pleasure to work with.
